Unidentified people attacked the St.Jude Church, Thriprayar, on Thursday night.
The cross at the Alter was vandalised.
The church that was built in 1973 was rebuilt in 1999.
Hundreds of devotees pray here every day.
Complaint
Fr. Josy Kundukulangara lodged a complaint with the Valappad Police.
An all-party meeting was held in protest against the attack.
